本研究以臺灣的東北部沿海鄉鎮為研究範例，一步步說明建立海岸災害風險地圖的作業程序，而所述的一連串程序，透過ArcGIS軟體的圖控式程式撰寫工具ModelBuilder，以物件連結方式來完成計算流程的自動化。

This study Taiwan's north-eastern coastal towns as the model, step by step instructions to establish operating procedures of Coast disaster risk map, and described a series of programs through figure accused of ArcGIS software program authoring tools ModelBuilder, object link to complete automation of the calculation process.
