本研究以臺灣的東北部沿海鄉鎮為研究範例，一步步說明建立海岸災害風險地圖的作業程序，而所述的一連串程序，透過ArcGIS軟體的圖控式程式撰寫工具ModelBuilder，以物件連結方式來完成所有流程的自動化計算。

This study Taiwan's north-eastern coastal towns as the model, step by step instructions to establish operating procedures of Coast disaster risk map, and described a series of programs through figure accused of ArcGIS software program authoring tools ModelBuilder, automated calculation of object links to complete all process.

In this study, the northeastern coastal town of Taiwan as the research paradigm, a step by step description of coastal disaster risk map established operating procedures, and a series of procedures, wherein the control type program writer tool ModelBuilder ArcGIS software through the map to the object link way to accomplish automate all processes of calculation.
