你卡住了嗎

什麼叫卡住？每個人卡住的都不一樣，也一定有卡住的地方，有些人某些部份過不去就是真的過不去。到底我們人生當中有多少過不去的關卡？當生命中卡在某個東西的時候，你的某一個心理跟能量就停在那裡，它就再也沒有前進了。例如有個個案一直以沒有考上台大為恥，已經五六十歲，也出國唸了世界有名的南加大碩士，但仍然覺得這一生沒有唸台大是他很遺憾的事。

不管你是卡在情關或錢關，背後一定有一個觀念過不去。有句話說「花若盛開，蝴蝶自來；人若精彩，天自安排」而多少人因為關卡過不去，傷害了自己，甚至自殺結束生命。所有自殺的人，幾乎都不是真的過不去，而是一個想法過不去！例如卡到錢關，看起來好像是錢，其實本質上不是錢，它是一個能量的卡住，它是一個匱乏的信念。常常當你內在卡住的部份打開了，因為外境是心境的投射，有時候你對錢的觀念、限制性的觀念打開，反而你的生命海闊天空。

卡住什麼有時候是另外一件事，後來也不一定很重要，，但是卡住之後的你可能變得不快樂、扭曲，那才是我們要好好地面對的。也許你不再信任人、也許你不再快樂、也許你不再覺得生命還有希望了。例如有對夫妻，他們是人生的勝利組，可是先生正當盛年，卻罹患癌症過世了，那位太太說從那一天起再也沒有上帝了，這世界再也沒有值得她信任的東西。卡住的後面，真的要回來關照我們的內心，往往別人的一句提點會有如醍醐灌頂，讓你豁然開朗、撥雲見日。

例如有人在12歲的時候，爸爸突然往生，其他的親人告訴他「你必須長大了，不能再愛玩了，你要頂起這個家了」於是他的童年就在12歲那年結束了，一夜之間必須長大，再也不能是快樂、天真、愛玩的小孩子了，某個東西有沒有卡住？有！直到後來四五十歲，有一天也許因為嚴重的憂鬱症來看許醫師，他會說「很奇怪耶，我各方面都很好，可是我就是覺得不快樂啊！」或許那個被卡住的自己，是他必須回去再擁抱的部分，安慰那個自己「是的，爸爸突然離開，你很難過、很痛苦，可是你也不需要因為這個樣子，就完全把所有小孩子的部份縮起來。你現在生活當中是不是覺得壓力很大，都覺得不快樂，我們要不要試著恢復那個小孩子的自己，今天回去就買一個玩具給自己吧！」將那個赤子之心找回來。

所以誰卡住你？你自己卡住自己啦！是自己的頭腦業障重，業是習性，障是障礙。所有這輩子的卡關，回來想想是不是都是卡住你的心，就是過不去的那一關。我們常常真的一個觀念轉不過去就是轉不過去，被我們的執著卡住了，就覺得非要這樣才可以，其他的都不行。

我們常常覺得自己是受害者，社會在逼迫我們，整個大環境不放過我們，其實都是自己不放過自己，你周遭的每一個眾生都是你生命中的天使，有些人可能是黑天使。如果學會了自己可以放過自己，這個世界沒有誰可以卡住你。當我們的觀念放下了，不為難自己了，不再苛求自己了，不再覺得一定要這樣才可以、才是對的，也許你會開始看到事情不同的深度了。

人生最卡的痛苦其背後，一定有龐大的限制性的信念跟阻礙性的能量，也真的藴藏著宇宙最高智慧的帶領 ，隱藏著生命最大的跳躍與祝福，它是一份高深莫測的禮物，宇宙的計畫玄之又玄啊！冥冥之中，每個人生命都有一個力量在帶領我們，甚至你卡得越深，當你解脫之後，所得到的智慧、能力就越大。所以我要告訴你們，沒有人是白受苦的，你們一定要有信心，所有的生命中所有的受苦、難過的關卡、甚至是災難，都是宇宙化了妝的祝福。
