綜觀以上學者對職能一詞的 定義歸納得知，職能不但包括行為所表現出來的具體表徵，尚包含個體內在特質 的部分。而職能一詞也相對隱含非職能(incompetence)的意思(Mirabile，1997)，亦 即當個體的某些行為表現無法反映在組織或個人績效上時，則這些行為表現都不 能算是職能。
