資訊系統亦即系統輸出的評估，包括輸出資料的正確性、完整性、適時性、重要性、有用性、可靠性等。本研究的資訊品質問卷參考Bailey and Pearson(1983)的研究，提出相關衡量資訊品質的「資訊內容」構面，同時參考DeLone and McLean(1992)、Liu and Arnett(2000)的研究結果編譯而成。本研究在「資訊品質」構面衡量電子公文系統的資訊品質。問項之衡量方式採用Likert五點量表，依非常同意、同意、普通、不同意、非常不同意，分別給予5、4、3、2、1 的評分。分述如表3.2所示：
