本研究之滿意度係指系統介面滿意度、軟體滿意度、硬體滿意度及提供決策滿意度等。學者Oliver(1981)定義滿意度為消費經驗的感受所形成的期望與現在消費產品或服務的績效是否符合，其所產生的心理狀態。參考Bhattacherjee(2001)、Davis (1986)研究成果，使用者對電子公文系統的期望與實際使用系統後是否符合與其所產生的心理。

Results (English) 1:

Satisfaction of this study refers to the system interface satisfaction, satisfaction with the software, hardware, satisfaction, and provide decision-making satisfaction and so on. Scholars oliver (1981) defines satisfaction for the consumer experience feelings of expectation and now formed consumer product or service meets the performance, they produce psychological state. Refer bhattacherjee (2001), davis (1986) research results, the user of the electronic document system expectations and the actual use of the system compliance with those arising from the psychological.

Satisfaction of this study refers to the system interface software satisfaction, satisfaction, satisfaction degree of hardware and to provide satisfaction. Scholar Oliver (1981) define satisfaction as formed by the expectations of the consumer experience with consumer products or services whether performance is now, the usage pattern. See exam Bhattacherjee (2001), Davis (1986) research results, user expectations of the electronic documents system and actual use of the system arising out of compliance with its mentality.

The degree of satisfaction of this research refers to the system interface degree of satisfaction, the software degree of satisfaction and hardware degree of satisfaction and provides the policy-making degree of satisfaction. The achievements that scholar Oliver(1981) definition degree of satisfaction forms the expectation and present that consumption product or serves for the feeling of expense experience whether tallies, the psychology of its having. The senate tests Bhattacherjee(2001), Davis (1986) research results, whether user's expectation to the electronic document system after actually uses the system tallies with the psychology of its having.
