本研究結論提出以下相關研究建議，以提供實務界、學術界作為電子公文系統更新或是實作方面的參考。分別敘述如下:
1.本研究僅以台中市區公所行政人員為研究對象，由於公部門有分為很多單位，對此，可擴大取樣範圍的調查，使資料更趨於完整，力求充份了解電子公文系統對於全國行政人員的影響層面。
2.本研究採用量化研究，由於僅能獲得量化相關資料，可能無法探討其他因素的影響層面，因此，後續研究可再佐以深入訪談、個案研究等方式，使研究結果更加完善。
3.本研究針對相關文獻與資料蒐集作為研究方向，並通過信效度的檢核，但仍有其有待補足之處。後續研究可針對研究題項與構面問題並加入開放性問題方能使研究更具完整性。

The study made the following conclusions related research proposals to provide practical, academic, or as an electronic document system update implements aspects of reference. Are described as follows:
1 This study only Taichung City district office administrative staff for the study, because the public sector is divided into many units, which can expand the scope of the survey sample, so that the information tends to be more complete, and strive to fully. Understanding the electronic document system for administrative staff nationwide impact levels.
2 This study used quantitative research, because only quantifiable information may not explore other factors level, therefore, may be accompanied by follow-up studies in-depth interviews,Case studies and other ways to make research results more perfect.
3 In this study, a literature research and data collection, and through the reliability and validity of the checklist, but still it needs to be top-up place. Research questions for future research can be a problem with the item dimensions and add open-ended questions can the study of more integrity.

Knot this study examine the following relevant research proposals to provide practitioners, academics as an update or implement electronic document systems participate in the exams. Are described separately below:
1. this study only with the Taichung District Office administrators for the study, due to the public sector there are many units, which may extend the scope of the sampling survey, so that data is more complete, seeks to fully understand the impact of electronic document system for the national executive level.
2. in this study, quantitative research, since only quantitative data, may not be able to explore the impact of other factors, therefore, follow-up studies can be further combined with in-depth interviews,Case studies, making use of the research results more complete.
3. this study related literature and data collection as a research-oriented, and reliability and validity checking, but still has yet to be filled in. Follow-up study for research and the dimensions of the problem and, by adding open-ended questions in order to make our research more integrity.

This research ties the theory to propose that the following relevant research suggested that to provide the practical realm and academic circle to take the electronic document system update or the reality makes the senate in aspect to test. Narrated separately as follows:
1. this research only takes the Taichung District office administrative personnel as the object of study, because the male department has to be divided into many units, regarding this, may expand the investigation of sample scope, enabling the material to tend to be complete, makes every effort fully to understand the electronic document system regarding the influence level of national administrative personnel.
2. this research uses the quantitative study, because can only obtain the quantification related information, possibly is unable to discuss other factors the influence levels, therefore, the following research may assist by the thorough interview again,Case study and other ways, improving the findings.
3. this research in view of related literature and material collection as research direction, and through the control of letter validity, but still had its waits for making up the place. The following research may aim at research topic and joins the open issue to enable the research with the construction scope issue to have the integrity.
